NNew host features
Special role access
The team has made it much easier for hosts to manage permissions for attendees with their specific role (excluding moderators), allowing them to take full control of each attendee’s access level during an event. Each host can choose the level of access each attendee has during the event. Attendee permissions can be granted to all attendees, permissions can be revoked by participating attendees, or specific roles can be pre-registered by the host for a specific ticket.
Greater flexibility in publishing session recordings
There are times when you don’t feel ready to announce a session immediately after it’s held. As a result, hosts now have the ability to choose when session recordings are published and displayed in the lobby.
Invite co-editors throughout event creation
As part of the event creation process, hosts have the option to add or invite co-editors at any point in the process.
Pre-registration improvements
A host who already has a list of attendees who have pre-registered for an event can upload that list in an event if you have already created a list of participants. After registering for Zoom Events, each attendee will receive a ticket that they can use to attend the event directly without need to re-enter the registration flow after completing the registration process. On to register For Zoom events, the attendee will receive a ticket that can be used participate directly in the event.

Access control ticketing
