How to start using apps for team chat

Access to Zoom Team Chat is required to use these apps. It’s good to know that Team Chat is included with all Zoom One bundles and with Zoom Meetings and Phone licenses. To access it you need to download the desktop and mobile apps from here. Click the Team Chat icon in your Zoom program if you’ve already downloaded it to start chatting!

To find out which apps are compatible with Team Chat, you need to visit the Zoom App Marketplace. Alternatively, you can filter the list specifically for apps in Team Chat and then explore all of our apps from there. If you’re an admin of an account, you have the option to choose which apps you want to add. Admins can also require certain apps to be added to your account so that you, the end user, can review and approve them.
