It is possible for Zoom Phone systems to route incoming calls to a specific phone user or group of phone users using the call routing methods described above. Note A (maximum membership in shared-line groups): It is possible to increase the maximum number of members in the shared-line group to 50. Zoom must be able to activate the increased limit for it to work.

The following is Note B (a welcome message is displayed before the call is transferred): During transfer, the greeting is played before the call is transferred if there are fewer than 11 members in the call queue or if there is a custom greeting. For this reason, the length of the welcome message is not taken into account in the waiting time. The default greeting is played at the same time as the transfer when there are more than 10 call queue members or when there is no custom greeting. This reduces caller wait time when there are a large number of call queue members or when there is no custom greeting.
