Default configurations of Citrix devices (Linux) in the Zoom app
Starting with version 2010, Citrix Workspace for Linux, a client application for Citrix systems, now shows all local audio devices that are available in a session. Devices are no longer grouped under the “Citrix HDX Audio” label, but instead are listed under the name of the device to which they belong. You can dynamically switch between all available devices in a session at any time. Unlike previous versions, the default audio input or output does not need to be selected before the session can be started. As soon as you connect or disconnect an audio device, the sessions are dynamically updated.
Version 2012 marks the beginning of the release of Advanced Audio Redirection, which is enabled by default in all versions of the product.
The following steps should be followed if you wish to disable this feature:
- You can open the module.ini file by going to the *ICAROOT>/config/ folder and clicking on it.
- The following entry must be added to the clientaudio section:
