Enabling device uptime for Zoom Phone appliances
Outside of business hours, account owners and admins can set Zoom Phone appliances to work in low power mode by setting the appliance uptime for Zoom Phone appliances.
Remarks:
- Zoom Phone appliances can be set individually through the device manager account, but device uptime is a device-level setting that can only be selected through the device manager account.

Requirements for enabling device uptime for Zoom Phone appliances

- Admins can edit account settings by logging into the Zoom web portal.
- You can access the device list by clicking Device Management in the navigation pane.
- The Account Settings button is in the top right corner.
- Verify that Zoom Phone appliances are enabled for device uptime.
- Click the toggle to enable the setting if it’s disabled. Verify the change by clicking Activate when a verification dialog box appears.
- Set the start and end times for your devices in the Set up time for your devices field.
- Make sure your device is operational on the days you want.
- Click the lock icon and then select Lock to confirm. This option is only available if you want this setting to be mandatory for the entire account. To do this, click the lock icon and then click Lock to confirm.
