How to access the phone’s web interface


  • Please follow these instructions if you are using a supported Polycom desk phone.
  • By default, provisioned devices in Zoom Phone are not provisioned with a web interface that can be accessed remotely. The phone’s web interface must be enabled in the desk phone’s account-level settings if you cannot access the web interface.
  1. Press the home button on your phone and then select Settings from the menu that appears.
  2. Navigate to the Status tab and then to the Network tab.
  3. You can find your phone’s IP address in the TCP/IP parameters section, right next to the IPv4 address field.
  4. If you have a computer connected to the same network as your mobile phone, you should open a web browser on it.
  5. The IP address of the phone should be entered after the https:// in the address bar.
  6. Please make sure you click the continue option if you see a security warning in your browser.
  7. The web interface can be accessed by logging in as an administrator.
  8. By default, the administrator account password is either 456 or 789. It is recommended that you contact your phone’s operator if you do not know your username or password. Admin passwords can be viewed on the Zoom web portal if you have set them globally in your account.

  • Check the UC software version on the home page. The phone can skip this section if its firmware version is supported.

  2. Then you can click the Check for Updates button at the bottom of the Polycom Hosted Server option.
