If you are scheduling a meeting as a host, you can enable the Join Before Host setting in the meeting scheduling settings before setting up the meeting. This setting is available when you schedule a meeting as the host. If this option is enabled, participants can join the meeting before the host joins the meeting, or they can join the meeting before the host starts the meeting, or they can join the meeting before the host joins the meeting as a result of the Choosing the join option before the host.
