How to stop all incoming video in a meeting or webinar in Zoom

It’s easy to stop all incoming video feeds when you need to conserve bandwidth for shared content or don’t want to be mentally drained by watching a video with multiple participants. It won’t affect the others and they won’t be affected by it, but it will affect your perception of the meeting.
