A Zoom cloud meeting can be joined using an HH phone that supports H.323 calling (aka a Room Connector) or a phone that supports SIP calling (e.g. a SIP-based phone) who can make a video call to a Zoom cloud meeting to join the session. As an alternative to using a Room Connector, one can connect to an H.323 or SIP device to join Zoom cloud meetings from a computer.

  • An electronic device. You need a computer with microphone and speakers, operating system like Windows or Apple. Using a webcam is recommended but not required.
  • Devices that are mobile. It can be an iOS device or an Android device.
  • A telephone. Devices such as cell phones, desk phones, and landlines can be used.

  2. Select the Room Management option from the navigation menu on the left side of the screen.
  3. Please click H. You will see the Room Connector for 323 and SIP.
