Manage Zoom Contact Center phone numbers

How to get phone numbers
- Log in to the Zoom web portal by entering your username and password.
- On the navigation menu, click Contact Center Management, and then on the Phone Numbers menu, click Phone Numbers.
- Click the Add button.
- Please enter the following information in the required fields:
- Country/Region: To find out what phone numbers are available in a specific country or region, select the country or region.
- Select the type of phone number you would like to receive from the list below.
Note: To get a number you need a license. - If you only want to search for your reserved numbers that have been ported and you haven’t ported any other numbers, you should select Reserved numbers only.
- State/Province/Territory: Click the drop-down menu to view the area codes in the state, province, or territory selected from the drop-down menu.
- Area Code – City: To find a specific area code or city within your selected state/province/territorial, enter an area code or city in the search box. You can also use the drop down menu to select either an area code or a city from a list.
- Please click the Search button to start the search process.
- Select the numbers you want from the list.
- Confirm your selection by clicking the Confirm button.
On the Unassigned tab you will find the numbers that have not yet been assigned.
How to add a phone number as an entry point for a speech flow
You can assign/add a phone number to a voice flow once you have purchased the phone number. Alternatively, the flow editor or Flows page can be used to enter a phone number as an entry.
- You can access the Zoom web portal by logging into your account.
- From the navigation menu, select Contact Center Management, and then select Phone Numbers from the drop-down menu.
- On the Unassigned tab, click the Unassigned button.
- To assign a number, click the ellipsis (…) next to the number you want to assign, and then click the Assign To button.
- Select the flow you want to assign the number to from the dropdown menu at the top of the Assign to section.
- Please click the OK button to confirm your action.
