Management of your OnZoom customer address

If you are a company, your company’s premises are usually listed as the sales address. The selling address for an individual is usually their place of usual residence if they are an individual. According to OnZoom’s privacy policy, your address will be used, among other things, to calculate taxes and for other purposes.

Requirements for managing a customer address

  • Desktop client for Zoom
    • Windows: Version 5.6.5 (823) or higher required
    • Mac OS X: 5.6.4 (765) or a later version
  • App for Zoom on mobile devices
    • The iOS version must be at least 5.6.4 (308).
    • The Android version must be at least 5.6.4 (1862).
  • Four types of accounts are available: Pro, Business, Enterprise, and Education
  • Admin or owner of a Zoom account

How to edit your sales address

As stated in OnZoom’s privacy policy, we use your address to calculate taxes, for other purposes, and for other purposes as well. Depending on the selected country/region, the currency (USD-$) is set.

The sales address can be edited in the billing information section.

  1. Please log in to OnZoom.
  2. At the top of the page you will find the Manage button.
  3. From the navigation menu at the top of the screen, click Billing Information.
  4. Under Your address, enter the required information about your address.
  5. Then click the Save button.
