Participation in an event as an OnZoom participant
OnZoom attendees have the ability to purchase tickets to webinars and meetings hosted by OnZoom. It is also possible for them to send or receive tickets for events.

Why did I receive an email from OnZoom offering me a ticket as a gift?
A ticket was purchased for an OnZoom event that was transferred to you by someone who bought the ticket.
How do I attend the OnZoom event listed on the ticket?
You can attend the event directly by clicking on the ticket in the email sent to you or by logging into your OnZoom account.
Why did I receive an email that my ticket is no longer active?
A ticket that you received as a gift was transferred from the person who gave it to someone else.
How are events divided into Upcoming, New, and Top User Choices sections?
- The Upcoming section of this website lists the events that will start as soon as possible.
- This section lists the events that were most recently published to the OnZoom directory and are listed in the New section.
- In On Zoom’s Top User Picks section, you can see the events that OnZoom users have voted the most popular out of all the events listed.
Why can’t I join a series event I’ve registered for?
The Host may remove you from an Event within an Event Series if you have been removed from an Event within that Event Series by the Host. In this case, you cannot participate in any event within this series.
Why can’t I see the option to join an event?
Whenever your Zoom desktop client (with built-in calendars) is logged in with credentials different from the ones you used to register with OnZoom, you will only be able to view one event option. A Join button will only appear for users who are signed in to the Zoom desktop client using the same credentials they used to register with OnZoom using the Zoom desktop client.
