• Zoom Desktop Client:
  • Windows: 5.7.6 or higher
  • Mac OS: 5.7.6 or later

Remarks:

• Zoom Events version 5.7.6 supports Zoom Events; However, due to a dependency with Windows’ webview package, attendees may experience an empty lobby experience.
• Attendees are strongly encouraged to upgrade to the latest Zoom desktop client or mobile application to take advantage of the latest Zoom events and Zoom webinar features.

Pay with a new PayPal account

You can pay with PayPal after selecting the option:

1. (Optional) Select Save this payment method for future use if you want to use it again.
   Note:
2. Your Zoom Events account will be updated with the payment method once you select it.
3. The PayPal button will appear.
   PayPal’s website is being redirected to you.
4. You will be prompted to log into your PayPal account and enter the information associated with your credit or debit card.
5. Pay now by clicking the button.

Pay with a deposited PayPal account

Your browser will redirect you to the PayPal website after you have selected PayPal as the payment method. Complete the payment by logging into your PayPal account.

How to buy tickets after initial purchase using a PayPal account

If this is your first time purchasing a ticket through Zoom Events, you will have the option to save your PayPal account information on the checkout page, or if you manually added your PayPal account to your Zoom Events account during the checkout process have, the process of purchasing a ticket becomes streamlined and convenient.
