Technical previews in the Zoom app

If we specifically choose to seek customer feedback for these new features within the first 30 days of rollout. That’s why Zoom is making these new features available as a technical preview. We hope this gives us an opportunity to gain insights into how our customers are using our product and features during this time.

Please enable Feedback to Zoom in your Zoom account if you would like to give us feedback. Zoom customers may be able to submit feedback directly through the Zoom client, as long as they can access their settings and select feedback there.

If a product or feature is in technical preview, does that mean it’s not ready yet?

In short, no. If Zoom explicitly solicits feedback from its customers during the first 30 days after announcing a new product or feature, it may announce it as a technical preview.
