restrictions
There are some limitations to the web-based controller that you should be aware of:
- A web-based Zoom Rooms controller may not include the latest features. Controls and settings may differ from those on a physical controller.
- As an additional Zoom Room Controller, the web-based controller serves as a web browser. Web-based controllers are not exact copies of existing controllers. You don’t see the meeting list on the web-based controller when a room attendee taps the physical controller.
- It is possible to remotely access most in-meeting controls and settings when the Zoom Room is in a meeting. Meeting controls show their current status on the physical controllers. For example, muting a room’s microphone also shows up on the physical controllers.
- While on a phone call, you can remotely access most Zoom Room controls using the web-based controller.
- Zoom Rooms can only be controlled by a web-based controller.
