Using workspace reservation in the Zoom web portal
Users can reserve office workspaces through Workspace Reservations. Users can easily reserve desks or meeting rooms on a Zoom Rooms for Touch device, the Virtual Receptionist Kiosk, or via the Zoom web portal. You can check in with QR codes at desks with Zoom devices, view interactive maps, and see how busy each desk is through Workspace Reservations.

- With Zoom Rooms, your organization can enable workspace reservations
Note: - To use the card and table booking features, your admin must enable workspace reservation. Your account administrator can help you with this.
How to manage web reservations in the Zoom web portal
Reserve a workplace
- You can access the Zoom web portal by logging in.
- Navigate to the Workspaces section of the navigation pane.
- You can reserve a workspace in any building on any floor.
Workspaces, rooms and users can also be searched. - You can choose an available workspace by choosing a date and time.
- If you usually use a desk or are close to users in the same department, you can view recommended desks by clicking Desk Suggestion.
Note: - Your administrator must enable this feature.
- You can view and select an available time if the desk you want to book is occupied.
- Reserve by clicking the button.
You have now been assigned the workspace.
View upcoming reservations
Your pending reservations can be viewed, edited or deleted.
Pending reservations can be viewed by clicking here:
- Sign in to Zoom’s web portal.
- In the navigation pane, click Workspaces.
- Select My Reservations from the menu.
Your pending reservations can be viewed under the “My Reservations” tab
How to check in and out of a reservation
The Zoom web portal is used to check in and check out workspaces with devices.
Check into a reservation
- See what reservations you have.
- To check in to your upcoming reservation, find and select it.
- Check in by clicking Check-in.
- In the pop-up window, click Check In to confirm the check-in.
(Optional) Select the Don’t ask me again check box.
Your check-in is complete. You will be logged into the device at the counter, if available.
Check out of a reservation
- See what reservations you have.
- A reservation can be checked out by selecting and finding it.
- Click the Check Out button.
- To confirm the check out, click Check Out in the pop-up window.
Make sure Don’t ask again is checked.
Logout occurs when a device is at the desk.
