Call and SMS usage and acceptance data for a Zoom Phone account or website can be found on the Zoom Phone Usage and Acceptance Dashboard. You can view the number of calls made and received and the number of SMS messages sent.

Note:

Checking the billing charge should not be done through the dashboard. You can access phone usage reports to view usage data and check billing charges.

How to view phone call usage and acceptance dashboard

  1. You can access the Zoom web portal by logging in.

    • Answered calls:
    • Outgoing call response rate. Redirected calls or calls routed to voicemail are included in this category.
    • Unanswered calls:
    • A measure of the number of missed voicemails or outbound calls.
  • Total internal calls:
  • Interjections are counted as a whole.
    • Completed Calls:
    • By expanding the extension, most internal calls were answered. Diverted calls answered from an internal number or an external number are included in this category.
    • Missed calls:
    • Extenders that didn’t answer internal calls. Forwarded calls to extensions, external numbers and messages are included here. Diverted calls with no answer can also be included in this category.

  • Leaderboard Top 10:
  • A chart showing the top 10 calling extensions in order of popularity. To filter the calls based on the type of call, click the tabs on the left.
    Note:
  • A phone user making an outbound call sees the leaderboard even though the caller’s caller ID is different from what the caller selected for the call, the extension type is User, and the number is the primary speed dial number assigned to the caller (if available).

How to view SMS usage and acceptance dashboard

  1. You can access the Zoom web portal by logging into your account.
  2. On the dashboard, click on the Zoom Phone tab after navigating there.
