You cannot connect to Zoom

How to uninstall Zoom

  1. Click Go and then click Applications on your desktop.
  2. Click View Package Contents after right-clicking on zoom.us.
  3. Select Content and then Frameworks.
  4. Wait for the uninstall to complete after double-clicking Zoom Uninstaller.

How to reinstall Zoom

  1. You can download our software from our Download Center.
  2. Under Zoom Client for Meetings, click Download.
  3. After the file has downloaded, double click on it. A download folder is usually displayed.
  4. Click Next to run the installer.
  5. Specify the installation target as follows:
    • This installation is performed for all users.
      NOTE- Administrator credentials are required to install for all users.

  6. by clicking Next.
  7. (Optional) If you want to change the installation location, select Change installation location.
  8. Then click Install.
  9. (Optional) Enter the administrator credentials for the device if you select Install for all users.
  10. Click Install.
  11. When the installation is complete, click Close.

How do I unblock Zoom on a firewall or proxy Mac?

Zoom could be interpreted by the software as a security threat and prevent it from running. You can temporarily disable your Mac firewall by clicking on the Firewall tab in System Preferences -> Security & Privacy. The Mac’s firewall can be disabled by clicking the Turn Off Firewall button.

Follow these steps
